The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor/ Exhaust Headers is developed for the 2015 Toyota Vios 1.5L AT with 1NZ-FE engine shown below.

This is how the exhaust outlets look like after the factory stock exhaust extractor is removed.

SUPERCIRCUIT high flow extractor Vs. factory stock extractor made of mild steel below. The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 formation is tested and dyno'ed on the Auto Transmission Toyota Vios and is proven to be able to improve horsepower and torque significantly on the 1.5L 1NZ-FE mill.

The SUPERCIRCUIT extractor is made of mandrel bent 304 stainless steel, all CNC machined stainless steel flanges and is fully TIG/Argon welded. It also comes with brackets which are compatible with the original heat shield (SEE BELOW), so the original heat shield can be utilized for better heat management at the engine bay.

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor installed onto the Toyota Vios 1.5L 1NZ-FE engine. Everything is just plug 'n play, no cut or welding is required during the installation.

The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-2-1 Extractor is specially developed for the 3rd gen. Auto Transmission Toyota Vios 1.5L NCP150/XP150 engine for better horsepower and torque.

9th generation Honda Civic 1.8 FB Extractor & Catback Exhaust System

We have developed the exhaust headers for the 9th Generation Honda Civic 1.8 FB for sometime now. We eventually have the change to bring the car onto the dyno machine. And we have done it again! It is again proven the SUPERCIRCUIT exhaust setup significantly improves the performance of the Honda's R18Z1 engine.

See the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT headers and the rest of the custom made exhaust system and dyno chart below:

The Honda Civic FB 1.8L factory stock headers shown below.

This is how the exhaust oulet looks like once the headers is removed from the 9th gen Honda Civic FB 1.8L R18Z1 engine.

The Honda Civic FB 1.8L headers vs. the SUPERCIRCUIT catless headers on the left. The SUPERCIRCUIT headers are made with grade 304 mandrel bent stainless steel pipes and full TIG/Argon welded. Even the flanges are machined from 304 billet stainless steel, to ensure perfect fitment and durable too.

The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) pipe and the original metal gasket on the Honda Civic FB 1.8L headers is shown below.

Renault Clio R.S. 200 EDC Downpipe

This is a project is to develop a catless turbo downpipe for the Renault Clio R.S. 200 EDC, and at the same time check how the effect of the stock catalytic converters on the output of the engine.

The prototype catless downpipe made for the Renault Clio RS 200 EDC show below. There are two catalytic converters on the factory stock downpipe, we removed them all and replaced with 2.5" mandrel bent pipes!

The downpipe is designed to be able to bolt-on to the stock exhaust system straight away, no cut and weld is required.

Upon successful tested and dynoed, the mass production version will be made of polished mandrel bent 304 stainless steel pipes, all stainless steel flanges and full TIG/Argon welded.
